Create a gourmet s’mores flight with three cozy cocktails or mocktails.

Give your team or clients an après-ski-inspired escape without leaving home. A lifestyle host and mixologist guide guests through three gourmet s’mores combinations and a flight of pomegranate blackberry, winter pear and cinnamon apple drinks. Marshmallow crème keeps assembly simple: no oven, stovetop or open flame is required. Between rounds, guests vote on their favorite bites, tackle winter trivia and dream up creative cocktail names.

Gourmet s’mores flight Graham crackers, marshmallow crème, milk chocolate squares, chocolate spread, salted caramel sauce and cinnamon sugar for Classic Chocolate, Salted Caramel and Cinnamon Crunch combinations.
Serving essentials A plain mini dessert plate and spreader.
Cocktail or mocktail ingredients One 200 ml bottle of vodka or a non-alcoholic vodka alternative per guest, used across the three recipes, plus the mixers, syrups, citrus and garnishes listed below.
Barware and keepsake A plain cocktail shaker, jigger, bar spoon and stemless cocktail glass.
