In this 60-minute virtual experience, a lifestyle host guides the group through styling a winter grazing board while a mixologist leads three cocktails or mocktails featuring blood orange, pear and spiced apple. Guests compare their creations, test their winter food and cocktail knowledge, and close with a toast to the year ahead.

Winter grazing board A mini serving board with smoked sausage, gourmet crackers, Alpine Swiss cheese, cornichons, marinated olives, fig spread, dried cranberries, chocolate truffles and raspberry jam.
Cocktail or mocktail ingredients One 200 ml bottle of vodka or a non-alcoholic vodka alternative per guest, used across the three recipes, plus the mixers, syrups, citrus and garnishes listed below.
Barware and keepsakes A plain cocktail shaker, jigger, bar spoon, stemless martini glass and cocktail ice cubes.
